How do I use this site?
We have dedicated forums for Questions and Suggestions.
What happened to the old site?!
The old site was getting tired and needed a refresh, the content was old and the site was old hard to update and maintain. As such with the move to new hosting a new site was built and that is what you are seeing right now.
What’s a Twitter?
Twitter is a service for friends, family, and co–workers to communicate and stay connected through the exchange of quick and simple idea’s.
Following No-Rice on twitter will allow you to keep up to date with what is going on and will make sure you don’t miss out on the next big No-Rice meet/show or update.
How do I get my photos in the gallery? / What is the Flickr Stream?
Rather that host our own gallery and provide yet another place on the internet we have decided to make use of Flickr. Flickr is a fantastic site run by the guys at Yahoo! designed to host all the images you want for free. It provides a social networking collective for all the budding photographers out there as well. So if you are one of these people who spends their time at the meets running round with camera and flash snapping everything in site head over there now and sign up for an account!
After you’ve uploaded your photos simply tag them on Flickr with the tag “noricemeets” and they will appear in our gallery on the front page. If you stumble across a photo someone else has uploaded that you think should be in the gallery, just tag that as well. That’s all there is too it!
